Histories, Mysteries and Prophecies

Ancient scrolls reveal that Jesus spent seventeen years in India and Tibet. From age thirteen to age twenty-nine, he was both a student and teacher of Buddhist and Hindu holy men. The story of his journey from Jerusalem to Benares was recorded by Brahman historians. Today they still know him and love him as St. Issa. Their 'buddha': The Lost Years of Jesus

The Book of Enoch was extant centuries before the birth of Christ and yet is considered by many to be more Christian in its theology than Jewish. It was considered scripture by many early Christians. The earliest literature of the so-called "Church Fathers" is filled with references to this mysterious book. The early second century "Epistle of Barnabus" makes much use of the Book of Enoch. Second and Third Century "Church Fathers" like Justin Martyr, Irenaeus, Origen and Clement of Alexandria all make use of the Book of Enoch. Tertullian (160-230 C.E) even called the Book of Enoch "Holy Scripture". The Ethiopic Church even added the Book of Enoch to its official canon. It was widely known and read the first three centuries after Christ. This and many other books became destroyed after the Council of Laodicea banned them.

Fox's Book of Martyrs: After the Bible itself, no book so profoundly influenced early Protestant sentiment as the Book of Martyrs. Even in our time it is still a living force.

The Two Babylons, was written by the late Reverend Alexander Hislop in pamphlet form in Edinburgh in 1853, greatly expanded 5 years later and has since appeared in many editions in both Great Britain and the United States. This book is considered by many Christians to be the classic in protestant apologetics.

The latest addition to this section is the Reluctant Messenger's New Website, The Lost Ten Tribes of Israel The inspiration for this latest addition was the vintage book called Judah's Sceptre and Joseph's Birthright. The author documents an impressive scholarly presentation of where the Lost Ten Tribes of Israel are now and how they got there. The Mystery of the Ages describes this important historical mystery within the context of the big picture. The United States and Britian in Prophecy is another presentation focused on the mystery of the Lost Ten Tribes of Israel.
